DonnaRose Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner
DonnaRose has always been passionate about helping people move their bodies with ease and comfort. She started her career as a massage therapist, and whilst she loved her work she wanted a better outcome for her clients. She started looking for an alternative that would provide relief for the body and the mind.
After discovering The Feldenkrais Method® she knew she’d found something miraculous. She commenced the
4-year training to be certified practitioner and now has over 35-years of experience with the method. DonnaRose is now helping people face-to-face in the Gold Coast and online people around to improve their body movement and overall well being.
DonnaRose has lived, worked, trained and studied extensively in the US Australia and New Zealand.
In 2020 DonnaRose completed her training in the Jeremy Kraus Approach (JKA). A Feldenkrais based practice combined with neuroplasticity and focused on helping develop potential and abilities – physically, mentally and emotionally.
